The Warriors Taekwondo program is our core martial arts program for kids aged 7 to 14. This class balances traditional Taekwondo philosophy with modern, high-energy training methods to help young students grow stronger—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Students will follow a progressive belt system, learning striking techniques, patterns (poomsae), self-defence principles, and light sparring. More importantly, they’ll gain confidence, resilience, and discipline as they set and achieve their own goals. Every class promotes personal growth, self-respect, and leadership.
Our approach encourages each student to strive for their personal best while still feeling supported by their coaches and classmates. Whether your child is active and athletic or needs help building confidence, this program helps them grow in all areas.
