The Warriors Kickboxing program gives kids a fun and focused introduction to the art of striking. Designed for ages 6 to 14, this class teaches boxing and kickboxing fundamentals in a structured setting that prioritizes discipline, safety, and growth.
Students will learn how to throw punches and kicks with proper form, use footwork, work on pads and bags, and develop their fitness through fun drills. They’ll gain real self-defence skills, improve their athleticism, and grow more confident with each session.
This isn’t a “just for fun” cardio class—we train kids with purpose, care, and intensity, helping them push limits while maintaining a positive and encouraging atmosphere. Sparring is incorporated in our classes and our advanced students are provided with the opportunity to compete in boxing and kickboxing tournaments!
