Our Ladies Only Martial Arts program offers a strong, welcoming space for women to train martial arts in a supportive, empowering environment. Whether you’re here to build strength, boost fitness, learn self-defence, or simply move and feel good—this program is for you.
We blend techniques from boxing, kickboxing, and practical self-defence with fitness-focused drills that challenge and inspire. The class is high-energy, inclusive, and taught by experienced coaches who understand how to help women feel strong, seen, and capable.
No experience needed—you’ll be guided every step of the way and leave every class feeling powerful.
If you need to work on something specific or would like some more personalized coaching and are more comfortable with a female instructor, then grab Coach Dana or Coach Sarah for private sessions. Privates are available that can be booked at our gym front office
